TS2 : About us
- TS2 Development Ltd, based in Northampton UK, is a Training Consultancy
and Personal Development company created in 2001. It was originally set up
to form associations with other companies seeking to grow the delivery capabilities
of their training products. From time to time we still operate in this area through our collaborations with several business agencies.
- TS2 itself has developed to the point where we now concentrate on developing
people; be they Board level executives, 'shop-floor' employees or private
individuals, by helping them to become aware of their own attitudes and beliefs
and the effect these have on the personal and work-related aspects of their
life. This has been the prime motivator for TS2 and has led to the company's
specialisation in Talent Management, Stress
Management and Coaching.
- TS2 and its partner companies, Novations and AMC Mentoring, believe that
learning and development are not achieved through one-time attendance of
training courses. We believe learning is effective if it is 'drip-fed' over
several months, which is why our development programme is tailored, modularised
and spread over a period to suit your organisational needs. Each module is
supported with on-site Coaching to ensure the transfer of learning to the
workplace.
- By combining techniques, such as Accelerated Learning and Neuro Linguistic Programming, with experience of the training cycle, a Cognitive Behavioural approach to personal and business performance coaching, facilitation and mentoring, TS2 brings innovation to the training and development work in which it is involved.
- Talking with TS2, on either a personal or corporate level, will help you better understand your or your employees' motivators and develop an action plan that will aid you in achieving your personal and work-related objectives
