Business Performance Coaching - An individual's performance is dependent upon their levels of competency as dictated by the organisation's internal Key Performance Indicators, which will be different for each organisation. Therefore, it is appropriate to recognise these standards, review them and ensure the individual employee is aware of them. It is then necessary to determine current performance levels. Without this it would not be possible to measure the improvement in behaviours and achievements post-coaching. The key, however, is to ascertain an individual's attitudes toward the tasks they are expected to perform. Once these attitudes have been identified then the coaching can be tailored to meet the organisation's and the individual's needs.

Coaching Training - Leaders in organisations, be they first-line managers or senior executives, play a pivotal role in the development of individuals into high-performers. However, all too frequently and due to business expediency, many leaders are not fully equipped to be effective as Coaches. When they understand the fundamental principles of Coaching i.e. building trust, promoting discovery, mirroring reality and delegating, they are in a position to demonstrate their effectiveness by applying these skills. This leads to the freedom that allows them to 'get on with the job of managing'.

Individual Coaching - Whether the need is for an improved attitude to work or assistance in dealing with personal issues, Coaching requires a specific approach tailored to the individual's requirements. As human beings we are all affected by the state of our emotions, which have a major effect on our behaviours. By becoming aware of this link between the mind and the body an individual is better equipped to deal with any negative emotions that are affecting their lives.
